William Kapes

William is the Director of Technical Operations at Integritek, where he sets the direction for the tools, vendors, and service practices that power our client delivery. With over 20 years in the MSP industry and 15 years at Integritek, he serves as a featured speaker at industry events, including panel discussions on AI, cybersecurity, and service delivery. William also sits on the Lyra Technology Group cybersecurity council, where he collaborates with technical leaders across the broader Lyra portfolio. Originally from Inglewood, California, William now lives in Western Washington with his wife and four children. When he is not working, you will find him exploring the outdoors that the Pacific Northwest is famous for. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and holds numerous technical, industry, and vendor certifications.
