SMS/Text Messaging Policy
Overview
Integritek Holdings, LLC may send SMS (Short Message Service) or text messages to clients who have provided their consent to receive such communications. This section describes our SMS practices, your rights, and how to opt out.

We send only transactional and service-related SMS messages. These may include:
- Service ticket updates and status notifications.
- IT service alerts and system notifications.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages from Integritek are directly related to the IT services we provide to you.

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Integritek by providing your mobile phone number during the client onboarding process. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive service-related SMS communications from us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is determined on an as-needed basis depending on your service activity. You may receive text messages when there is an update to your service ticket, a system alert, or other service-related communication.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Integritek does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.
Opt-Out / How to Stop Receiving SMS Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Integritek at any time by:
- Replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.
- Emailing us at helpdesk@iwsit.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and including the mobile number you wish to remove.
- Calling or writing to us at the contact information provided at the end of this policy.
After you opt out, we will no longer send you SMS messages. Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be fully processed. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive service communications through other channels such as email or phone calls.

SMS Data and Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold to or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile number with our service providers (such as our telephony platforms) solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages to you on our behalf.
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Our Website does not currently respond to or honor DNT signals. However, you may manage your tracking preferences through your browser cookie settings as described in this policy.

Texas Residents — TDPSA
