Ryan Wagner

Ryan Wagner is the Support Manager for the Texas Support Team working to make sure our customers receive prompt, understandable, and complete solutions to requests and problems. Ryan has been at Integritek for 11 years working as a technician, supervisor, and manager during that time. In his over 20 years of IT experience he has worked helpdesk support in healthcare in both clinical and hospital environments, as well as provided in home support around the central Texas area. An Austin native, Ryan has also worked as national award-winning studio, portrait, and commercial photographer and videographer. Ryan attended Austin Community College and the University of Texas. He shares a chaotic home with a wife, two children, two cats, and a dog that may be part couch cushion. His weekends usually involve a combination of cooking, baking, disc golf and gardening.
